Waist-to-Hip Ratio (WHR)

The ratio of waist circumference to hip circumference, used as an indicator of health risk related to body fat distribution.

How to Measure

Waist: narrowest point between ribs and hip bone. Hips: widest point around buttocks. WHR = Waist / Hip.
